This policy describes what Loremind does with your data. The app has no ads, no tracking and no sale of data.
Who is responsible
Staffan Kilnes, Sweden, is the controller. Contact: staffan@kilnes.com.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, display name and Sign in with Apple identifier.
- A random identifier for this installation of the app, sent when you record so that only one phone records a session at a time.
- Campaign data: campaigns, their members, NPCs and quests.
- Session content: the audio recorded during a session, its transcript, notes, the generated recap and the recap's audio.
Who processes it
- Supabase: database, sign-in, file storage and the server functions.
- ElevenLabs: speech to text (Scribe) for your session audio, and speech for the spoken recap.
- Anthropic: writing summaries and recap scripts from transcripts.
- Apple: Sign in with Apple.
Data is shared with these providers only to run the features above.
Who can see it
Members of a campaign see each other's name and email address, and the campaign's NPCs, quests, sessions, transcripts and recaps. People outside the campaign cannot.
How long we keep it
- Session audio is deleted automatically 30 days after it was uploaded, once the session has finished processing or processing has failed. Audio from a recording that never finished uploading is kept until the session is deleted.
- Everything else is kept until the session, the campaign or your account is deleted.
- You can delete your account in the app. This deletes your account, your notes and the campaigns only you are in. For each campaign you own that has other members, ownership passes to one of them. Sessions you recorded in a campaign that continues stay with that campaign, with their audio, transcripts and recaps, because they belong to the whole group. Characters you played also stay in campaigns that continue, without your name. The app shows you what will happen before you confirm.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, object to processing, and complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Email staffan@kilnes.com.
